My wife received her conditional GC. The GC stated "Resident since 9/1/2007" and expires on "9/1/2009". This means that I need to apply lift of condition on 6/1/2009 (90 days prior to expiration)?

Once she receives her permanent GC, can she apply for Naturalization on 9/1/2010?

I just want to get the application time right.
