When submitting our petition and packet 3, I used my father's address as my home address as I had just moved back from Turkey and was living there. Recently, I moved into my own apartment. I still use my father's address as my primary address for billing purposes as I have moved around a lot in the past 5 years and he lives only 20 minutes away.

My question is: Is it necessary for me to notify the embassy of my change of address, or can I continue to use my father's address? I'm worried that at the interview the CO might ask my fiance where I live, and I wouldn't want him to misrepresent and say I lived at home with my father, when I do in fact have my own apartment. But again, all of our paperwork states my father's address and I do use that is my primary address.

My other question is: I have recently begun a master's program and am taking summer classes. I am still working full time. No where on our visa application forms does it state that I am enrolled in school, as I was not until a month ago. Should my fiance mention this at the interview? Again, I am worried that they will be suspicious if the information that they have doesn't match what my fiance is telling them. I do still work full time, but I am also taking classes.

Your input is greatly appreciated!!

I don't see why you would have to inform the consulate of your new address. For my job, I move every 3 or so months to a different address; as I didn't want to complicate the process, I decided to use my parents address as my permanent address and that's how we kept it, even though I don't really live there; however, all my 'mail' (bills, work stuff, etc) goes there, so not a problem for me to use it as a permanent address.....in the scheme of all things, though, i don't think the address is much of an issue....

I guess I was imagining them asking him something like "where does she live?" or "where will you live?" and "who does she live with/who will you live with?" He will live with me in my apartment, but in his application forms he stated he would live at my father's address, which is also listed as my address. So, I am wondering if that question is asked, should he just say I live with my father and he will live there too?
