Hey guys, I am wondering how accurate that website is with the processing dates. For example, it just posted (on July 15th) the date as January 17th for the Vermont Service center. Does that mean people with a NOA1 on that date are just getting their NOA2? I'm confused because I've seen people's timelines who have applied after that date and have already had an interview...

PS - I love VJ, I've honestly learned more from you all than from talking to about a dozen lawyers.

I TOTALLY AGREE! I'm so glad I didn't get an attorny/lawyer cuz that would have been a waste. I have someone that "advises" me but I don't pay her. Um What i would suggest is to look at timelines from January to the most recent. That way you can get an idea of how much you will wait. I don't believe the USCIS website... for CSC it says January 17 and they're already started on March 08. YAY. SO i would recommend to watch VJers and view timelines and processes. Good luck to you :)

Jim and Carol's spreadsheet is the really the most accurate data.

(I'm going for the IR-1 and blowing off the K-3. Even if it takes an extra couple months, it's worth it to not have to deal with USCIS again)

"Give me your tired, your poor, your huddled masses yearning to breathe free, the wretched refuse of your teeming shore. Send these, the homeless, tempest-tost to me, I lift my lamp beside the golden door!"

Note:

Please fill out I-130, wait 6 months for approval, then 3 more months for an interview. (Unless of course we've bombed your country into the stone age, then you qualify for expedited processing.)

Welcome to the USA!!!
