Question in regards to the interview

Hello, my love will have the interview in 2 weeks time. We have a question about a situation that happened to him 4 years ago. He was once falsly accused of stealing money. He never got arrested for this, he did have to make an appointment to go the police station and give a statement to a police officer. After that he went home again and a few months later he got a letter saying that they dismissed the case due to lack of evidence. Now, could all this possibly pose a threat to his approval?

I think that he needs to request a police certificate and if they give him a letter stating he has not been convicted, he will be fine. He needs to have police certificates from all places he lived since age of 16.

If he was never arrested then it does not need to be declared. However, if it shows on his record then he will need to do some explaining !

He was never arrested. He was questioned once after they called him at home and made an appointment with him to come by the police station and that's what he did. And that's it. No prosecution, just a letter almost a year later saying case dismissed due to lack of evidence. The person who filled the complaint was an old boss of his who turned on him after he quit his job and went to another compagny.

If his Police Clearance is clear there'll be no problem

I am presuming here, that he has got the police clearance cert that one has to have for the interview and if so as long as it is clear there should be nothing to concern yourself about.
