HI,

What is the "RFE" trick?

I'm starting to wonder whats up with my petiton. I filed in February and I'm still waiting and so many others are so much further ahead than me. Could it be the service center I have to go thru?

Thanks, Keith

the rfe trick i found here on VJ. i called the uscis and followed the prompts and when asked for more info i prompted that. i then got a real person and said hey the recording saysy you need more info but i havent recieved anything form you. they normally answer, no your file is blah blah(okay) and the next day it is touched. whether or not that accomplishes anything , at least i knew our file was there and not lost behind a desk
