Hi to all,..

I have question about my case,....I send to NVC both forms DS-230 and I864 with I864A because I needed finacial help from my dad for poverty guidelines,...They reviewd ALL my documents I called them they said everthing is fine with documents they just need my birth certificate,...And I got RFE regarding that they need proof between me and my father that he is realy my father and they needed my birth certificate,...so I got check list letter and I send them back with barcode cover sheet my birth certificate translated also,...They received on July 15th,..Today I was checking IVR system and it's says that they reviewed my documents and they found information missing on my finacial evidence ,and they send check list letter on July 18th,...When they reviewed first time they said everthing is fine except that birth certificate and I send them back my birth certificate,...WHAT THEY NEED NOW??????? It's false RFE or ,....WHAT DO YOU THINK GUYS??????

I personally dont rely on the AVR. It was always a little off. I always speak to a live person. Dont let the AVR stress you.

I know but it's really nightmare right now for me,...I am really confused,.. first time they said everything is OK with ALL documents only they needed that birthcertificate which I send them and they got it,...I wasn't able to call them today because it's saturday I have to wait till monday morning,...I am really confused what they need now,..maybe it's false message I don't know.Message before said that they received my birth certificate on July 15th and I called yesterday and spoke with operator she said that they need more time to review it.And after that like couple hours after I checked AVR and message changed that they found information missing or incomplete on my financial evidence,and they send me a check list letter on July 18th,....Really I am confused what they need now?????? or it's false message I dont know?!?!?!

Hi to everyone,....I found out what's going on with my case,...I called NVC and asked them for my case they said that I didn't signed I-864A form part 2 I think Sponsor's Promise,..I needed to send I-864A along with my I-864 form because of the poverty guidelines,..anyway operator said that my case will be completed in couple days and that I need to give another I-864A form signed to my wife when she will have interview in embassy,..They won't send me RFE by snail mail just remainding letter that I need to do that sign the form and give it to my wife on interview,..When I looked on copy of my I-864A I really didn't sign it,just I forgot because I was in hurry to send it out in NVC,....I so glad that they will finnaly complete my case,....GOOD LUCK TO YOU ALL ON YOURS CASES AND FAST APPROVAL,...

Yeah I know that's crazy,they send RFE for everything what they need,but I called NVC 4 days in row and just to make sure 4 different people told me same story about my case,that I just need to send to my wife I-864A signed and that she can bring it to her interview,..but my case still not complete I am calling them every single day to find out it's completed or not yet,...So,..THANKS AND GOOD LUCK TO YOU ALL ON YOURS CASES,.....
