Well I got a good Koontz book and to be honest have not read any fiction for a while, just non-fiction, so I was looking forward to a great read. So last night I start to read and to be honest, I SCARED THE #### OUT OF MYSELF!!!!!!!!!! I damn near wet my panties thinking that at any minute the aliens will be coming. I never never get scared, so I was really surprised at my reaction, I have to tell my husband who will laugh at this one. As most of you know I am always reading about horrific crimes, but for some reason that book got to me bad. I will finish it today and by the way, NOW I AM SCARED OF ALIENS!!!!!!!!!!!!! As far as that BP, doesn't sound like high blood pressure, but the best thing for him is to just take it easy, get lots of rest and if you can get him to laugh, cause that has been proven to really help one's health, and for good measure don't LET HIM READ ABOUT THE EVIL ALIENS

Maybe you need to go get ur blood pressure checked today? U coulda scared ur blood pressure sky high!

I think it sounds like either a rapid b/p increase or either too low or too high blood sugar ...(but i'm not a doctor so don't take my word for it)

I take blood pressure medicine so my blood pressure fluctuates that much all the time so I'm not sure if it is a problem though I do feel a little light headed sometimes when it fluctuates like that. I am not overweight at all so it isn't a factor for me though I don't always eat well. Maybe it was something to do with blood sugar for your husband. That would make sense. Has he had any problems like this in the past? You could write down what he was doing and eating so the next time it happense you could start logging the similarities and find what might cause it.

The worst part of the book was the couple live in the mountains, and my husband and I just talked that day about how we want a home in the mountains, since we both love the mountains. OMG perfect we will be the aliens play things  But having read a lot of horror books, the cities are always the first to get hit, so maybe we have a chance if we hide out in the mountains. Ok, time to get my self together, this is not real, THIS IS NOT REAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Glad you got your confirmation Jackie!

GG, I think living in Montana would be nice too, I love the mountains, but your alien stories are starting to freak me out, lol. Do you think it is a bad idea to move there and get some cows?

Good evening Melinda!
