yes we are already married. its a cr-1 they file and waive the fee on our 129 for whatever reason. i guess which ever comes up first. well both came in same week approved. the doc verify fee is for the cenomar (cert of no marriage) and birth cert. we already have that but im wondering why do i need verify on my doc's now that im married. is it to check cert of marriage now and other documents. the DOC fee clearly seemsto be for K-1 visas. but i want to pay cause its only 16 dollars and the more you pay seems to be the less hassel. FOR SURE. so its the marriage cr-1 . thats what i told her to type in but delbros is closed on sat and sun. your sure the 129 will be toosed out ? it would make sense cause the 470.00 i just spent seems to bethe one there after. thanks .
