Although I have yet to file, this site has answered many of my questions. Thank you.

I was wondering if it would create a problem if I moved to another state while my fiance and I are in the middle of this process.

As you would be moving in the middle of the process I dont think it would be a problem. You would just need to call them and notify them of your change of address, so that they could update your info.

Call your service center and they will change your address and send you a confirmation that the address was changed. I did this for my fiance, but the information was not transferred to the NVC and the embassy abroad. You may want to confirm with them to during the whole process.
