Ricca gurl, I feel you when you say your SO is frustrationed and boredom....

Regarding letting Sammy go to the Ghanfest alone to be with his friends... I say if you had originally wanted to go to the Ghanafest, then you should go too.

Just like that Ludacris song "When you move, I move just like that!"

I want people to get used to seeing me and mines together as a couple so that whenever they see him or me by ourselves somewhere they will always associate him with me and me with him. Like they will say "hummm ain't that Moet's man?"

And also, I read somewhere that what makes a relationship stay or last longer is if the couples besides having their own personal time to themselves also do alot of couple activities and take trips and vacations and go places together.

And, quite frankly I say to my man since you are at home bored then you have had alot of personal time to yourself so if he was going to an event like Ghanafest in Chicago ( I have never been to Chicago)....then guess what I will be coming cuz now its couple time. And WE will entertain his friends.

Think about it....if Sammy goes alone to Ghanafest to be with his friends since he is bored, will that stop his boredom when he comes back from Ghanafest? He will come back and resume his boredom state until he gets a job or something to occupy his time when you are at work. So, I say if you originally planned to go...then go along cuz it will be relaxing for the both of you.

Hey yall,

I need suggestions. What did you guys do to help combat your SO's frustrations and boredom while they are waiting to work? Samuel is so calm, but I think it is getting to him. We went to the social security office and was told that they are waiting for the Dept. of Homeland Security to verfiy documents and then they will issue the SSN#. Can I call DHS to find out what is the hold up?

I was looking forward to going to the Ghanafest, but I think I should let him go alone to be with friends. Maybe that will help with the boredom.

Thanks yall.....its hot as hell in Cleveland today!!!
