ughhhhhh...I avoid having friends or talking to people at parties that I know have kids for this reason. Maybe when I'm older I can deal with it but for now no thanks.

Well he's very proud of his son for staying in shape. But he has a very low opinion of his mental capacity. I don't know the kid but not one thing the father has told me about him makes him sound dumb. Just young. Not dumb.

Fairly sad that no one gave much thought on the methodology and assumptions of the survey. I thought the purpose of education was analyze what was being taught.

Not all teachers can inject politics or values into the class due the subject matter or age of the students.

How often does does 2nd grade art teacher get into go into Marxist philosophy or the gym teacher to preach Islam?

And teachers are smack in the middle of the nation's income spread, earning an average of $43,000 a year, slightly below the U.S. average of $44,000 for people with bachelor's degrees.

How can you trust someone's self-declaration of political affiliation? You can call yourself a liberal but most of your beliefs are conservative? What about independents? If teachers are middle-class, why do most claim they are unpaid? Ever met on who said he was overpaid?

How many teachers actually talk about these subjects during a class? I never had math teacher spout off on porn.

I've had teachers where it may have hinted at where they stood politically (not that many really) but none who ever tried to push it on anyone.
