You need a G-325A for both, yourself and your wife. This form is made up of 4 identical pages and they all need to be signed. What most people do is have their SO print them out at home and send them signed to the petitioner. Others, have signed them for them. I don't recommend signing the form for your wife since I'm pretty sure it's illegal, but others have done it to avoid the wait.

All four pages and four original signatures from each of you. What do you THINK you do about her signature?

Hint: She physically "signs" the forms. Keep this little technique in mind for all "signatures".

Actually, with enough foresight, some get the signatures on sticky labels in advance, then affix them where needed but to do that means you have to learn enough of the process in advance to figure out what is needed.

Pushbrk.... sticky labels on original documents are good??? I'll get plenty of them when I see him if that truly works and the paperwork signed. Good to be ready for anything in this process.

No guarantees but all my wife and daughter's "original signatures" were stick labels cut to fit and affixed in the appropriate places on all forms I filed with USCIS prior to their US arrival. I didn't realize just how many I'd need, so I actually copied onto some labels. You need more when when the native alphabet isn't Roman. They can't tell whether you put the sticky over something else first then signed or did it weeks earlier half a world away.

Where the foreigner's signature must be original is on the actual visa application but they do that back home.

I agree with what they said. You need a copy of G325A for yourself and your wife. I filled out and printed mine in here. Signed the copies then sent it to my husband through FedEx.. He received it after 2 days.

I promise to love you in good times and in bad, with all I have to give and all that I am, in the only way I know how -- completely and forever......
