Hello,

my wife came here on a K1 visa and we got married on June 18th. Now we sent everything on the 25th of June and we had our appointment for her Biometrics yesterday July 17th. When we got home we wanted to look at the status of our case online and when we looked it up it says "This case is at our NATIONAL BENEFITS CENTER location." Now i have read previous post regarding this place but nothing definitive.

If someone's case get's transferred there, does this mean they will require an interview? Or is this place the place where all AOS go before they decide if they need to do an interview or simply transfer it to CA? Please let me know. thanks!
