hello guys! ive been calling delbros for so many times with regards to my doc verification.. i paid wednesday, then texted them...got the 1st text saying that they successfully received my payment and we'll text me for the confirmation...

i got THE FIRST text from them (the confirmation text/2nd text) twice sent by 2 different numbers, the 1st one FROM 09176221949 last thursday and the 2nd one with the same text message of confirmation from 09175555313 today, friday...

....when i called wednesday, i was able to talk with robbie but thursday came and delbros no longers connect the call to local 104 (robbie)..but connects it to a guy named ray ann..

when did u get ur text confirmation guys? and from what number? have u talked to this new delbros dv guy?

yay! good for you at least you got a reply telling you that they got your message, sad to say on my part i didnt got any reply, not a single one :crying::crying::crying: I paid my verification fee last Thursday (July 17) texted them on that same day right after i deposited the 650 but no response. I sent them a fax copy today (friday) but still no response. huhuhuhu. My interview would be on the 5th of August.

ROBBIE never pick our calls. Even the operator would tell me to call back at 9 A.M. or after lunch, then after 3 P.M. :blink:

They wouldn't answer e-mails too. Maybe they have gotten tired and I am also tired of calling them (not to mention the cost of the calls and the fax). I leave it up to Him :innocent:

i kept demanding the operator to connect me to this guy named ray ann cus of my concern. it has to be a day before i was able to get a hold of mr. ray ann. the person i talked to before him, told me that he (ray ann) is the only guy who can access the data base where our cases can be checked..

i was able to talk to him..he even said he was busy and he just went to USEM for some sort of meeting. so yeah, i talked to him NICELY (after all the rants ive made to those other personnel) and he told me that he'll forward my doc verification to NSO on monday.

theres a thread here that says, how to know when delbros forwarded the doc ver request to NSO. try to read that guys.

its through text messaging and the people from that thread told me they answer back though its better to call..

HI shes,don't worry much girl. You said you got the confirmation that they had receive the payment right? thats enough...Give them at least a week then try calling NSO number is (02)-926-7333 and look for Richard then ask if they had already your papers and if you find out that they still don't have thats the time to give another BUG to DELBROS....I know you just want everything to run smoothly, I can see your interview is still be on the 28th so I am pretty sure by that time your DV is done. Relax girl! Good luck!

tnx for ur encouraging words :) it means so much..tnk you..ive done worrying about the DV since i found out that i have to have the lump in my neck excised..during my physical exam at SLEC, d doc palpated it and wants a result for it..so i will have to undergo a minor surgery for it.

Oh cool! Maybe Delbros management finally decided to get rid of Robbie after all complaints they received from upset applicants. Last time I called Delbros, the operator told me to just text them since they're no longer entertaining inquiries. Anyhow, It's good to know that your docs will be forwarded to NSO on Monday and just like what Vida said, call NSO a week later to ask if they already got the DV request from Delbros. If it's not yet there, call Delbros at once. Don't stop calling until you get definite answers, otherwise you'll get setbacks just like what majority of the people in here. I experienced at lot of delays myself and I'm sure you don't want that.

Anyways, when you call NSO, try to look for PJ instead of Richard. He's more accommodating and helpful. He won't give you any specific dates but he'll definitely give you updates. Goodluck on your upcoming interview and God Bless.
