NOA 1 June and July Applicants

Hey guys,

has anyone who filed at VSC between the end of June (30th) and today received their NOA1? Or if not, has your check been cashed? We submitted our application on July 5th, it was received on July 7th, but neither action has occurred so far! Anyone help?

I mailed my package to Vermont exactlly the same day as you and also delivered on the 7th. Nope, nothing from Vermont yet and cash has not been cashed either. You are not alone. Most if not all July filer has not recieved NOA1 yet, nor check cashed.

Christina, don't worry you will receive it soon.

It may take a few weeks.

Yes we are on the same boat so nothing to worry ok. Maybe next week hopefully it will be encash ok. Your not alone. Lots of filers in this month their check not encash yet maybe they were busy with something .... Dont lose hope. We will will get our NOA1 soon.

I filed July 8 2008 and am still waiting for NOA1. I expect it to show up in next few days. I sent overnight and pkg was signed July 9 AM.

VSC received our application on the 30th June and we received our NOA1 in the post on the 5th July, I thought that it was really quick as there was the 4th July hols as well

We sent ours on July 10th, received confirmation that it arrived at VSC on July 11th, and our check hasn't been cashed yet either. I'm sure it will be soon!

I filed the I-129F on June 25. USPS return receipt received by USCIS on July 8. My check was cleared yesterday (July 24). Today, I called CSC and was told that the NOI1 will be mailed in a couple of days.

Your 30 days is coming up early next week. Maybe you want to give them a call if you haven't see anything next week to see what's going on. Let us know what you find out too if you do call.

I plan to call them as soon as my 30 days is up, if I don't see any activities for my package.

It will be 30 days tomorrow in our case but check not cleared also. Vermont pls take our money now. CSC is clearing checks now and got their noa1 already. Kennybam , i guess we have to wait...hehehhe i feel it, it will our turn soon ok.

YES MY FIANCE CALLED ME TODAY AND HE HAPPILY TOLD ME THAT HE GOT NOA1. WE ARE SO HAPPY. TRY TO CALL VERMONT USCIS AND ASK FOR THE RECIEPT. I BET GUYS VERMONT IS MOVING NOW. YOU WILL GET YOUR NOA1 SOON............
