Question about AP and Medical

My wife and I were filling out forms, and we have two specific questions:

1) She went to fill out the form for Advance Parole, assuming (as had I) that that was a blanket document that allowed the legal-yet-not-quite-an-LPR immigrant to travel to and from the US, as necessary, until the green card had been procured. However, upon looking at the document, it asks for specific travel dates and information, of which we have none. We were under the assumption that she couldn't travel outside of the US legally until either AP or the GC had come; but now we are confused. How can she legally travel outside of the country without filling out a specific AP form, or getting the green card?

2) Having recently entered as a K1, she had the medical examination as was required for entry, in March. As such, she does not need to have another full medical exam, as per USCIS instructions. However, she is aware that she needs the HPV vaccine as was required as of Feb 2008, and she has not had it. All of her other vaccines are up-to-date. She had read that the I-693A had been abolished, and as such, the form doesn't exist on the USCIS website anymore either. She wants to know what does she actually need to do in order to meet this requirement, since the one route we thought was the route for her apparently is nonexistent at this time.

Thanks!

1) To Be Determined is an OK reply

2) The I-693A is now incorporated as a part of the I-693 (Part 5 I think)

YMMV

She needs to take her vaccination records to a civil surgeon, to have them transferred to the I693. They can also give her the HPV shot, and update that on the records.
