A way for my fiance to visit while approval process is underway

I'm beginning to "freak out." I was so excited to hear that my fiance was having his interview this past Tuesday, but he didn't get his Visa right away. It looks like it won't even be soon. Our case needed to be "processed administratively". *ugh!* I have read that there is a way for your fiance to come to the US while the case is being processed after the interview. I have a few questions:

-Is it worth the hassle?

-How do you go about requesting something like this?

-Are there special conditions that need to be met?

-How long are they able to stay?

I haven't seen my fiance in a year and my heart is really hurting. Plus during the process of applying for a visa they "Strongly suggest wedding plans are in order," so I planned for Labor Day weekend. But now they're telling me they don't think it is a good idea to plan for anything just yet. I am getting very discouraged. Please give me some advice.

Don't make wedding plans you can't change without penalty. Plan a visit to Morocco.

If he has a visitor's visa to the US he may be able to visit. It's at the discretion of the POE officer.

He should bring plenty of ties to his home Country in case he is asked.

Hope your AP doesnt last too long.
