I've lived here for 7 years and I've never seen one of these toilets. Clearly I hang out in the wrong neighborhoods.

There is one in the park near the lower level of pike place market. Overlooks alaska way viaduct.

Apparently Seattlites, polite as they are on the street, are too grinchy as business owners to share their facilities with non customers!! :angry:
