Visa Denied

Hi -

I found out from the DOS between yesterday and today - I called 3 times - that our case/visa was denied/revoked and our application is due to come back to the USA. I called the NVC and they havne't received it yet.

I emailed hte Embassy on the 9th of July and they told me that we were still on Admin Review. If I try to keep the case in Guyana, what am I going to do? What do I ask? Who should I speak with?

I need your help......I'm going to try to contact the embassy tomorrow.

If they say it is returned ask for the (pouch number), get with your state rep and have them do a inquiry where it actually is, email the embasy to try to find more information, have friends and family submit letters (if its still there) now you will need to work fast and get the application held there and not returned. This is where the state reps come in handy....

THIS IS WHAT I GOT AS A RESPONSE FROM THE EMBASSY.................

Please be informed that office will return this petition to the Bureau of Citizenship and Immigration Services (CIS) of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) for review and possible revocation.

If CIS determines that the information we are providing constitutes sufficient foundation for initiating revocation proceedings, the petitioner will be sent a notice of intent to revoke, that includes a statement of the facts and evidence, and will have the opportunity to respond.

The return process has begun and the beneficiary will be notified in writing once the petition is dispatched to the United States.

still do as i said and get a state rep involved....u have to work fast to keep the application there, once it is returned if it goes to cali it will prob e allowed to expire, if it goes to vermont i know some been back 18 months to 2 years and no new action yet....u have to do the work to TRY to keep it there.....and quickly...the process to return may have started but they wait until the pouches are full to return...you may still have some time to get them to reconsider if you work fast

Preferrably, hire a local attorney post haste and keep the petition in country while working to reverse the decision. Otherwise, you'll end up months from now with USCIS simply copping out and letting the petition approval expire.
