I have just joined and notice that people can track their ead. I can track my I-30 but not my ead how can I do this?

When you get NOA1 for I-765 you track that petition number on USCIS.GOV

Assuming you are talking about the USCIS online case status website, select:

To add a case to your portfolio click here. (it's at the bottom of the table once logged in)

Enter the USCIS receipt number from your NOA for your EAD.

You can have multiple petitions listed (I am up to 13 - four I-130's, four I-485's, four I-765's, and one I-129F).

I just posted a question about this in the july AOS thread, but this is a better place to put it:

I have my 3 receipt numbers for my AOS, AP, and EAD, but none of them are pulling up anything on the USCIS website. It keeps telling me

" * Case Status Retrieval Failed

* This Receipt Number cannot be found at this time in this automated system. Please check your case receipt number to see if it is correct. If you have questions or concerns about your case status, please contact the National Customer Service Center."

The number for each looks like this: ABC -11-222-33333

So I am entering it ABC1122233333 as it instructs us not to enter the dashes.

Why isn't it showing up? Shouldn't it at least show that I got my NOA1?

None of my receipt numbers are pulling up anything. It's frustrating.

It was explained to me that the USCIS case status system is not being able to keep up with the flood of cases. We have had our notice for AOS interview for a month now, but still no change from the last update in January.

Mine has always shown up right away. Even yesterday when biometrics done, the website had a "touch" for those receipts that require biometrics. The number for us is MSC0xxxx.... make sure you enter a "zero" and not an "O" is the only possible explanation I can come up with.

Nope, entering it as MSC and then 13 numbers, with no spaces or punctuation.

I guess we are one of the cases that doesn't show up.

"Q : I received my receipt notice, but when I check my case online it does not appear. How do I get my case added to the system so I can check its progress?

USCIS had an unprecedented number of applications filed over the summer. Our efforts to enter these applications into our systems have caused a delay in the transfer of information from our case control system to the Case Status Online system. We are experiencing delays of up to 3 to 4 weeks between receipting your application and its status being available www.uscis.gov."
