Hello I just got the Approval Notice sent E-mail So i wanted to let you all know

both the i-130 and the i-129f I know it's has Been a long time and wait so for those who are still waiting

I hope yours get approved ASAP

(I'm going for the IR-1 and blowing off the K-3. Even if it takes an extra couple months, it's worth it to not have to deal with USCIS again)

Note:

Please fill out I-130, wait 6 months for approval, then 3 more months for an interview. (Unless of course we've bombed your country into the stone age, then you qualify for expedited processing.)

Thanks for the update. My I-129f NOA1 date is 02/07; very close to yours.

My last touch on the 129 was 04/02. Do you remember your last touched date? Did they touch the file a few times or just once?

By any chance have you had any name similarities problems while entering the U.S. before? The IBIS database stops me every time and unfortunately, from reading these forum I found that IBIS is one of the databases they look at.
