Obviously the wife is the cook (in this situation)

In our case it's hubster - and he is a meannnn cooking machine. Thank God! I eat delicious Brazilian food at my house.

When we to this I call it a combined effort...but really as he is actually cooking the meat he is the cook and I am merely the assistant ... which is fine really cos it always pisses down with rain as soon as we (I mean he) lights the grill...

i would do the grill, but i'd use twice the amount of charcoal he uses and cook slowlu, so it would actually be cooked inside. But I doubt hubster would let me since he's cheap and prefer to eat raw meat just to save charcoal.

I dislike using charcoal. Anytime I let someone else do it I end up getting some meat that tastes like lighter fluid. We stick to gas at our house. We have an outdoor kitchen area with a stove and stuff so the gas line is already out there.
