Hi.

We're filling the I130 form for mnother petition. My husband is going to petition his mother, he's US citizen.

The problem is the name concordance in both birth certificates (mother and US citizen). On my husband's birth certificate says that his mother is GUADALUPE LOPEZ. The mexican birth certificate of my husband's mother says that her name is MA. GUADALUPE LOPEZ REYES. There is big problem for us. We don't know with wich name we must to fill out the petition for her.

1) If we fill out the petition like GUADALUPE LOPEZ it'll match with my husband's birth certificate but it won't match with her name in her mexican birth certificate.

2) If we fill out the petition as MA. GUADALUPE LOPEZ REYES it will match with her birth certificate but it won't with my husband's birth certificate. My husband has another birth certificate when he legalized his dual citizenship (Mexican-American) and in that birth certificate the mother's name appears as MA. GUADALUPE LOPEZ REYES. Will it help?

We're worried about this confusion because we know that when she'll have the interview in the american consulate there will be a biggest problem if her names (beneficiary in I130 form and beneficiary's birth certificate) won't match.

What can we do??

Thanks for your help.
