More than 4 weeks at NVC and still no record?? =(

So i got my NOA2 on June 5th, but the NVC still has no record of my case. I called them and they said "well it can take up to 90 days..." and "Nothing we can do, sorry. You need to wait" I know im not the only one in this situation, but Its so frustrating. My fiance and I have a 3 month old girl together and its already really hard on my fiance to raise our daugher alone, and I want so much to be with my fiance and little girl...

Any advice? Should i be calling and mailing my congressman/senator? Please help!

12/23/08 AOS Package Sent

12/26/08 Package Received at Chicago Lock-Box

01/05/09 Check Cashed

01/27/09 Biometrics

05/12/09 Interview
