First: I know that I have a while before I remove conditions. I am just pooling info for when I do remove conditions.

I know that for myself I need to file the I-751 with my husband to remove conditions.

On the I-751 (Part 2) Basis for petition- I check (a.) because it's based on Marriage.

Does my daughter get included on mine (she will be 9 when we remove conditions) or do I have to file a seperate I-751 for her? (Part 2) Basis for petition (b.) says a child who entered as a conditional perm resident..but she didnt enter as a perm resident, she entered as a K-2

So, do I include her on mine or file her own and pay seperate fee's? :help:

Yes, you add your daughter to your application.

And you should answer the questions on the form as if it were just for yourself, but then you add your daughter's name in the appropriate spot on the form.

So, bascially removing the conditions for my child is kind of like when we filed the I-129F? She was included on mine and obtained the K2 status from me?

Sorry, I am a little confused...

Do I pay the fee for her as well if she is added on my I-751?

Yes.. Just like a K1... Only 1 fee, she's included on your I-751... you just have to include a copy of her GC as well as passport photos for her so they can make her card as well.

If you both AOSs were approved within 90 days of each other the child can be included on your I-751 with only one filing fee. Otherwise, you have to file another I-751 with fee for the child.

If you do file together don't be surprised that you will be making an INFOPASS appointment to get the child the one extension notice. My wife received her's a couple weeks after submitting the I-751, but it made no mention of daughter. Had to go into immigration office and they faxed copies of AOS approval letters to Service Center and daughter received her notice a moth later.
