Does Embassy keep your proof of bona fide marriage?

Hi everyone,

I have my K-3 interview next week (although the Embassy sent me an appointment letter about an immigrant visa... we'll see if that was a mistake or not).

Does anyone know if the Embassy keeps the proof couples submit of bona fide marriage?

For example, do they keep the pictures you show them?

Or can you take stuff with you that you want back?

No they don't. You hand over your evidence and they give it right back to you after they go over it.

Removing Conditions

07/06/09 - I-751 sent to CSC

08/14/09 - Biometrics

09/27/09 - Approved

10/01/09 - Received 10 year green card

U.S. Citizenship

03/30/11 - N-400 sent via Priority Mail w/ delivery confirmation

05/12/11 - Biometrics

07/20/11 - Interview - passed

07/20/11 - Oath ceremony - same day as interview
