is it ok to email ds-3032 without NVC case number?

hello all, just a quick question is it ok to email the ds-3032 now . my case was approved last week n NVC has not received it yet so i was just wondering if it ok to email the ds-3032 with just the USCIS receipt number? and i have seen that it takes about 2 weeks for NVC to respond to the email and i m sure by then NVC should have a case number for me.

You need the NVC case #.

And, you can't email DS-3032 until it's generated in the system. (When the AVR says so)

You should always wait for the NVC to say that a form has been generated before you can mail it to them. Otherwise, it will cause you major delays.

the reason i was saying without the case number is because they havent received it yet. n i seen people saying it takes 2 weeks for them to respond to the email n by then the case # have been assigned and ds-3032 been generated.

nope. you can't email the choice of agent if you don't have your case #. it's one of the e-mail requirements in the subject line (NVC case #) for NVC to even open the email you sent them. just keep on checking the NVC automated messages ((603) 334-0700)open 24 hours a day to check if they have already assigned your case #, and after a few days, if your DS-3032 has already been generated. You're supposed to hear the message ""...NVC will mail...the beneficiary..." OR "DS3032 and AOS Fee Bill has been generated on________". afterwards, u can email NVC asap. check lotsofpatience's fastest NVC process so u can trim your NVC processing to 4 weeks. =)

As per the auto-response I received two times says you need to have the case number but you can use the USCIS number as well because that is what I did when I sent out the first email and they responded. Hope that helps.

You need NVC Case# in subject line of email message. It is mandatory. Now, if you call NVC operator, you'll get your NVC Case#.
