It's Thursday! I forgot what Thursday was in the great animal-day assignment we had like 8 months ago... Toadaly Thursday?

goodmorning everyone from Lebanon.

Joshua and i got here sunday. we are still waiting for george to get here he is in saudi still because my visa is taking time. it really kinda sucks.

the electric is BAD here and goes in and out every 15-20mins and ive tried posting this like 4 times since last night. sucks butt. cant wait to get back to saudi actually and get my own computer and own home back.

i love geo's family but if he were here it'd be a lot better.

plus its REALLY hot and with the electric as bad as it is, no ac. and there is only one ac in this house anyway....so we live with fans....dont do much. thats one thing ill like about goin back to saudi too, basically mandatory ac lol.

anyway just wanted to let you all know we are safe and the trip was very tiring. dont travel with an infant. though he was awesome thru the trip, just carrying him around plus all the luggage...no fun! plus they lost our stroller thankfully its been delivered they called today but we wont go get it til tomorrow or saturday.

ok gotta get this posted before the power goes again!!

June 11 05-Married George, civil ceremony in New York

May 30 08-Baby Joshua was born

Jan 15-Back to NY we go...

May 10-made decision not to go back overseas.

July 10-filed for divorce

Jan 11-Divorce final

July 11-1st trip to take Josh to see George

Mar 12-2nd trip to take Josh to see George

I would not be able to survive with only one a/c in lebanon heat!!!!

maureen I go outside around 6pm to pull weeds and come back with ankles full of bites so I hear ya!

riddle me this, batman......................while I was sleeping hubby was up and texted me this message that I just got:

"I put a bag in ur bocket bag for the potel's, love you"

:unsure:

I *get* bocket bag, though without coffee it took me a minute but what on earth is a "potel" and why do I need a bag for it?

First and foremost, good morning all!

Second, Bridget that reminds me of my husband...he would say, "I put the sackies in the drawer" - I thought sackies? - is he talking about bags? No, he was talking about socks. But my favorite, was one time we went to McDonalds and he wanted to order cheeseburgers for us. He said - I want four burgercheeses please. My heart melted, I thought it was too, too cute.

Jess-- glad to hear you're safe!

Bridget- -it sounds like puddles. I don't know why you would need a bag for a puddle though, and my cat, Puddles, isn't there with you (he likes to lick bags). Could also be poodles. Have a secret stash of poodles? Could it be bottles? Boots? Buddies? Keeping any buddies in bags? If so, I don't think I'll ever come to visit :)

Also, bodies works ok in there too. It could be fun-- it's like a madlib. It reminds me of when my husband said he had to transvest his hours to another property. I had to think for a second before I realized he meant transfer his hours. Then I had to explain what a transvestite was, after I stopped laughing.

I don't know I'm still not awake enough to figure this one out. I'll have to wait until he is up and has had his tea and hopefully he'll know what he meant. Hotels keeps rining in my head because he's applied to a few hotels in Boston but I can't fit one of those in the bag he gave me. lol

Maybe he's giving you a packet to drop off at one with application materials? Or maybe it's a bag for all the petals you accumulate in your every day activities? :)
