i have a Question ,regarding a situation with the I-129f.

I'm going to be filing Raquel's I-129f end of the month. but the problems im having is this. i might be getting a new job and a new house. will this interfere with our process?

I submitted my original petition at the same time i was going thru a change of job. Of course, by the time NOA2 came, i had been in my new job for about 10 weeks, and all i did was submit last 2 months of paycheck, and that seemed to have gone ok on the interview. Of course, no new house to declare for me though...

I just saved two paysubs from my old job and then sent in a ton of paystubs from my new job for my fiance's interview... I did that just in case they asked about the job changes I could show proof of employment at both places so there is no gaps in my employment history....

But, they didn't even ask about my previous job.... she just took the paystubs from my latest job and proceeded with her interview.

As fwaguy stated, you should be fine as long as you still meet the income requirements.

thanks everyone, now i noticed people were saying that they submitted pay stubs? do you have too? just wondering..
