Finally!!!

Well, as some of you may know. I have been kicking and screaming about not getting my case touched. Well, last week I took upon myself to email the PIttsburgh DO, and told them about my situation, and also told them that I knew probably I should not be emailing them for this. But that calling the USCIS had proven to be useless, and well, that my job was pending on the line due to the travel factor and all that.

The same day I called the USCIS, and told them the same story. Even though the lady that I talked to did not seem to be too bad, she wasn't exactly nice either. But she did take note of my claim and gave me a number (like a receipt number) to follow up my complaint.

The next day, I received a call from the Pittsburgh DO, the lady was SO nice, I will never stop being grateful to these people, cause they are REALLY nice there. She said that she had called the MSC, and that they did not know why my case had not been approved, because they didnt have anything bad in their computers, they promised her to pull out my file, and that I should have some answer in 14 or 21 days.

Today, I checked my mail and I had the AP approval!! I was so surprised and excited, my heart is still beating like a thousand times per minute.. hehe. On the other side, they touched my EAD but it did not get approved... yet (I hope)...

Anyhoo, just thought I should let you guys know... since you've been kind enough to hear me ranting about it for so long...
