btw hello everyone. we leave tomorrow morning for vacay. I didn't get hardly any of my errands done yesterday and now I have Emma today and she has been so sleepy I haven't been able to get much accomplished at all. I have tons of clothes to wash, suitcases to find, things to mail, stuff to buy, etc etc etc. I'm not looking forward to a 600 mile drive tomorrow but at least I'll be in comfort and Neil will be asleep since he works tonight. Hopefully he won't want to stop 10 times. He has a problem of drinking a 64oz soda in the first hour and then I'm screwed the rest of the trip

Destin, FL & Key West...Destin is for a few days as a mini family vacation because my sister was going with her bf's family there and then my dad decided we all needed to vacation there together since he only lives 3-4hrs away and we don't see him very often. Then, the hellish drive will be from Destin to Key West which is going to be just as long if not longer than the drive from Indiana to Destin. Neil has this thing about wanting to take road trips and then he sleeps the entire time, in the middle of his sleeping we stop for him to pee about 20 times.

eta: on long drives I'm a pee stop nazi. you pee when I stop for gas or you hold it until I either need to pee or we need gas again

Ohh that'll be nice! I drive to Florida all the time, about 10 hours. It's not that bad of a drive.

Road Rage??

nah I don't get road rage. the traffic on that road was horrible. there was like 4 wrecks in the short amount of time I had to be on it. last year when we drove to palm beach it took us almost 18hrs to drive 1000 miles because of all of neil's stops combined with the 10 or so wrecks we encountered (all wrecks were in FL!!!)

I don't get road rage but I sometimes wonder how many people were able to get their license. I like the vaporizer gun idea.

road rage can be dangerous. I have to confess i have a mild case of road rage. Like when I'm driving to work and people are driving at 20 on a 30mph and that can cost me a couple min, I start gettin angry, but all i do is say things like ''some people have to work u fukcing cutn'' but it's for myself only, nobody listens and somehow it makes me feel better

i don't do crazy stuff like tailgate or pass the other car and curse them.

I used to tailgate in college. My friends and I once tailgated an old lady for miles. It was fun at the time, kinda retarded in hindsight.
