We make somosas once in awhile, but we just use some oil in a pan or the healthier way is bake them. But they don't taste as good that way. We have a deep fryer we got as a gift a long time ago but I've hardly used it. Too much to hassle with.

oh yeah, they do that in brazil with coconuts too. it's amazing. I'd even drink that instead of beer. that's how much i love it.

lol my wife wants to buy a house next year.. i've suggested moving into an even more densely packed town than the one we're already in, just because it'll put me in walking distance of indian food... then i could be eating chicken curry every day!

hmm ok, I am sure Sujeet would know what it is but I don't. I could have had it and not known. Sujeet makes pakoras with potatoes or cauliflower once in awhile, not so healthy but it's good.

that sounds good. we're not vegetarian so we put lamb keema in ours. its good both ways though.
