:crying: send some!! Where I'm living right now they only eat mostly unhealthy food so that's another reason why I just don't eat. If I did eat, even just a little bit it would be an excessive amount of calories.

They need to eat more healthy. If I remember correctly where you are staying they need to be feeding those kids healthy food. What kind of meat do they usually fix?

Yeah plus she is pregnant and she weighs 250 lbs already! Well here's an example of a typical dinner for them (this is one I made but didn't eat much of)-chili mac

Kraft macaroni and cheese box

lb of ground beef

pinto beans

tomatoes

corn

more cheese on the top

So you can imagine how many calories a serving of that would be. Last night they had baked rigatoni. She'll make stuff like quiche, meatloaf w/mashed potatoes, steaks w/baked potatoes, etc.

Which there's actually the biggest reason for my weight loss-the baby issue! Well you know that from I2US. Whenever I see something I think I want to eat I say to myself-do you want that or do you want a baby? It works pretty much every time.

That doesn't leave much to work with. I was gonna say you could just eat the meat and not the other stuff. Steak would still be ok but just not the baked potato. Meatloaf probably wouldn't be bad but I don't eat meatloaf. Quiche is actually probably ok, depending on what was in it. The rigatoni and chili mac would not be touched by me. I just don't eat pasta, too many carbs. When I cook I usually have a meat and one or two veggies. As long as the meat isn't fried you should be ok with it. I try to stay away from most potatoes except sweet potatoes. I don't eat rice or any kind of pasta. I don't eat any bread at all unless it's wheat bread. I usually have asparagus, beans, peas, something like that.

Just couldn't stay my @ss away!

And therefore I need to move into your house!!

That is my main motivation for exercising. I had to get in better shape to have a baby. When I'm sweating on that d@mn treadmill I just keep reminding myself it's all for a baby.

 Do I really want to know which kind of activity involves pedroh + peanut butter + jelly? If it's not sandwich related, I do not want to know.

i'm eating beans salad. I'm tired of everything i've been eating for months, like eggs and spinach and tuna and salmon. so i'll have to think of new things to eat, and easy things to take to work.
