I am making chili sgetti.. I have had the "chili" part cooking in my crock pot since about 6:30 this morning..

is that just spaghetti with pasta?

nope, I am assuming you meant pasta sauce...

my version of chili spaghetti is a can of diced Italian tomatoes, a can of tomato paste, one small can of water, chopped onion and bell pepper, minced garlic, chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt and pepper, brown sugar, and a bay leaf... oh and ground beef...

then you serve that over sgetti along with some chopped onion and a little grated cheese....

this is really at its best the next day....

oh that sounds yummy. I have pork loin too but Neil doesn't eat pork! He's boring like that.

yeah but they add weird ####### like cinnamon and cocoa powder or something...

hubby tried chili sgetti at this restaurant called Norm's in the LA area and he liked it and wanted me to make it.. I have never had it so I kind of winged it and threw a bunch of stuff together from some recipes I found around the net.... hubby likes it but says it doesn't taste quite the same like he had.. and I have tried it making it once with the cinnamon and we did not like it :P

what do you do with the oil?.. put in on after washing you hair or during???

I use it as lotion. You can just buy it at the store by the cooking oil. I sit it in a sink of warm water while I'm in the shower and then it softens up a bit so it's easier to put on. It is awesome!

Interesting. I have seen that in the cooking oil part of the grocery. I may have to try that.

Of all the things I've put on my head this would be the least likely to get a reaction from Javi. No, before anyone asks, I'm not going into detail about what I've put on my head.

he would love that as long as it was white meat chicken because he won't eat the dark meat chicken

I don't eat fried chicken. I'll just make whatever I want and then he can either eat it or he can have a frozen burrito :P
