hmm, I should get myself some coconut lotion....

I usually use a vanilla body spray (I hate perfume).. I wonder if they have a coconut one...

I always check the ingredients of lotions before I buy them to make sure they have coconut oil in them. Most lotions are a large percentage of water. I want the first or second ingredient to be coconut oil. I found a cherry hemp one that has the first ingredient as coconut oil and it smells soooooo good.

what do you do with the oil?.. put in on after washing you hair or during???

I use it as lotion. You can just buy it at the store by the cooking oil. I sit it in a sink of warm water while I'm in the shower and then it softens up a bit so it's easier to put on. It is awesome!

Interesting. I have seen that in the cooking oil part of the grocery. I may have to try that.

So I just had a mini meltdown whilst filling out the stupid piece of ####### ridiculous ####### AOS paperwork.

Then my sweet man went upstairs and made me a cup of coffee.

And on the subject of cleaning...he is better at it than I am but we share.

I've never tried coconut oil, but I can't live without my Nivea body lotion and Labello lip balm.

I tried Burt's bees pomegranate chapstick and the smell wasn't good for me. The kind of smell that makes me feel sick. That was disappointing.
