i'm being paid $ 38 less than I should. I hate hate hate the dayum clock in out bs. my paycheck is never right.

time and attendance lady sends an e-mail to all 3 directors and they correct, if any change and send them back.

the director of the other child center gives the employees their punches so they can talk about it and fix if there's any errors before turning in to time and attendance.

our director (my boss), on the other hand, receives the email and sends it back as ok. she doesn't talk to us. i doubt she even reads it since she's never in her office.

and that's quite stupid, because everytime something is wrong they have to pay $ 15.00 for them to correct. Like #######? '

I love my boss, she's great. she does an amazing job working directly with the kids and parents. But she has no administrative skills whatsoever.

Every time she's on leave the people that fills in for her follow the procedure, like I know my next paycheck will be correct because they came talk to me before turning it in.
