hmmm, I put something up for bid on Ebay today and I just got an email asking if I would be willing to ship to Canada.. I said no because I think it would be too much of a hassle and Iam not sure if this thing could be shipped internationally.. it is a Refrigerant Recovery Compressor....

why wouldnt he pay for it?

yeah I think they would but I am not sure if I am allowed to ship this thing internationally and it is just simpler to ship to places in the US.... don't have to deal with all those different forms etc...
