It's really pathetic, when I see pics of his relatives if I see anyone who isn't skinny I get really excited like, hey look, I won't be the only non-skinny one!! Well some of his family members gained a little weight after moving, and sadly that made me happy. lol.

You're a girl, I guess you can't help but be a little nutty about the weight thing.

I think it's even more b/c from what I have learned/heard, Indians don't think it's insulting to tell someone they are chubby or fat.

Yup. Don't take it personally. People might even poke you in the fat for emphasis. It's playful, not insulting.

Man, if someone pokes my belly, I would freak out. I'd probably hide it with a nervous laugh but inside I'd be mortified.

And yeah, are you calling me fat? j/k hahaha please don't answer that.

hey hubby, when I left home I saw this little kid riding a lawn mower, if we have a son you won't have to do yard work all by yourself anymore

yeah right. you won't be too old to mow in another 10 years

you have another 20 years of mowing ahead of you. then the kid is all grown up and we can move to brazil and buy a house without a huge back yard.

Hey, if you'd rather hide behind the politically correct feel-good terms like overweight or big boned, fine. I don't do that. It's the Indian in me I'm fat too. Nothing wrong with it except that it's health issue. I don't give a rats ### about how I or you or any other 'big' person looks.

We have finished processing your passport, and it has been mailed to you.

There must be a typo though b/c it says it should be delivered on or about 9/22/08...um? I don't think so.
