prenatal vitamins helped my stomach issues b/c I have issues in general with my stomach haha. Not to be too gross but it helped me not have dia....as often. :P

Nessa how much you gain or weigh doesn't necessarily affect the baby's size. I gained almost 40lbs by the end of my pregnancy(10 was water retention the last month), and weigh a whole lot more than you. Kavi was only 6lbs 2 oz at birth. I was 6lbs something at birth and so was my sister so I think it's more family related than food. (Unless someone has high blood pressure or gest. diabetes, then it can affect baby's size).

i was almost 9lbs at birth. Charles other child was 10 :o

It takes a while for the fibre to kick in. Keep on taking it, and make sure you drink lots of water and get lots of exercise. Your body will adjust shortly.... it's going through a bit of a shock at the moment.

exercising i was doing 5x a week 30 min cardio plus 30 min weight lifting. my doctor said I shouldnt lift too heavy now. he said just do free weights with 5 lbs etc. i was like #######? i do upper body up to 70 lbs and lower body up to 250 lbs. So yesterday i went to the gym and then i left. I'm scared of lifting anything now because of what he said. i'll have to come up with an entire new routine :dead:

I'm also buying a heart monitor for when I do cardio.

The reason I ask that is because it seems they let babies go further overdue in the past. Nowadays the most is 2 weeks and you can even try to do something a week after being over due, so babies can't get as huge as in the old days. My Nana was like 3 1/2 weeks overdue with my dad or aunt. That will never happen these days in the US or other developed countries.

Ay ay ay...my head has too many thoughts right now.

Suj was saying that if he got offered this job, he told them he'd need a month at his current job before leaving since he is one of the team leaders. They said that's fine. They won't be making the decision about who they are hiring for a couple weeks they said. So hubby was saying if they do hire him, and if our indian applications are done, we may even go to India in October before he leaves the current job so he can use up all that PTO before putting in 2 weeks notice. (they don't pay you for what you don't use when you leave). That both excites me and scares me!!!! :help:
