My heart starts beating fast, i have to sit, because my vision starts getting blur, I start getting dizzy and I start shaking like crazy that I can't even read the paper i'm holding.

yeah yeah, it's pathetic, that's what it is.

It's not pathetic. It's normal. It passes with time.

time? it's been over 10 years of shameful interviews. I panic, seriously. It's like being in front of my entire class all over again trying to do a presentation. My heart starts beating fast, i have to sit, because my vision starts getting blur, I start getting dizzy and I start shaking like crazy that I can't even read the paper i'm holding.

You know, there's medications that can calm you. I know someone with that problem and he uses them on interviews, he does much better now.

yeah, that's all i need, to take a prozac before the interview and look like i'm stoned

It is quite common Nessa, to feel extremely panicky at job interviews. Happens to most people. There are actually folks that help you through that -- I think they are called something like "life coaches" or something like that. Also like AJ said, there are anxiety medications that are non-habit forming that can help you girl.

See, you know you can do the job, right? How about think of the interview as if a friend asked you "how do you do your job?" another one is to imagine the interviewer nekkid, but come think about it that can be pretty disturbing

Umm Nessa in light of your new thread, your TMI issues have a whole new spin.

i know  but I couldn't talk about that in here yet :P

but yeah, everything that's coming in is staying in. If it keeps that way, i'll be 200 lbs by the end of this pregnancy having a 20 lbs baby :o

are you taking the prenatal vitamins?? those can clog you up down there too.. it sucks....

i think so cuz i was fine until last Monday when I started to take them. They're the only ones I can get for free on base. I asked the doctor if I should switch to iron free one, but he said they all have iron.

And nothing i'm doing is helping. I'll buy some colace today.

prenatal vitamins helped my stomach issues b/c I have issues in general with my stomach haha. Not to be too gross but it helped me not have dia....as often. :P

Nessa how much you gain or weigh doesn't necessarily affect the baby's size. I gained almost 40lbs by the end of my pregnancy(10 was water retention the last month), and weigh a whole lot more than you. Kavi was only 6lbs 2 oz at birth. I was 6lbs something at birth and so was my sister so I think it's more family related than food. (Unless someone has high blood pressure or gest. diabetes, then it can affect baby's size).

Married since 9-18-04(All K1 visa & GC details in timeline.)

might be TMI

you can get prenatal with stool softener in them but I tried those and it didn't seem to help...

i got a sample of a prenatal vitamin that has docusate sodium in it. it's 50mg. So I'll buy a

stool softener

with doc. sod. in it, that i can have 300mg daily and keep taking my free prenatal pills. I'll also be buying DHA.

I'm drinking between 2-3 L of water daily.
