[ranting]

I'm working at the youth center this morning for some extra money. I'm so glad i don't work here, this place drives me insane  . First the temperature is really cold, and I always forget I need to bring a jacket when I come work here. like ####### is wrong with people? what's the deal with 60 freaking degrees?

second, the place is like a ghost house. nobody at all is ever in here. and every time the phone rings, i don't know the fukcing answer. and the dayum boss office right behind the desk i'm sitting. thank god they're in a training and i can be on VJ.

We got Kavi's passport in the mail on Friday. Took 11 days from when we dropped it off locally and it was processed in S.C. and in our mail box! We expect mine any day this week. I had to send it the Philadelphia.

Next step is the Indian cards!

AJ, I am pretty sure you qualify for PIO but not sure if you still would after your wife becomes a citizen. Not sure. You might qualify for OCI even (through your parents).

Me and Kavi are both going for PIO b/c the processing time is only about a month. Kavi qualifies for OCI but that takes at least 3-4 months and that's a long time to wait before we'd know when we can book our tickets for going to India.

I finally have online a video from my wedding reception of my bridesmaids performing a bollywood inspired dance and I am debating if I should post it here. :P I want to, just don't know if people want to see it.

Cool! Good to see the Indian consulate get it right for once :)

No that was the US State Dept that worked fast. I just mean we got the passport. We haven't sent anything to the Indian consulate yet.

It's convenient that Kavi qualifies for both cards and for minors the PIO is cheaper and turning it into OCI eventually would only cost $25 more(as of current fee). Delete some PMs AJ! Man, now I had to ask that.

Booty and I had a fab time! She is cute as a button :luv:

We started it off rather casual... I was asleep on the sofa and she had called Pedro, but Pedro couldn't reach me since my phone was on silent. So Booty ended up coming to the apartment and knocked on the door. I got up and opened the door half asleep, only wearing a bra, panties and a shirt that hardly covered anything. Not such a pretty sight.

We had breakfast, not lunch actually. My feeling for time is totally messed up.
