I also have the boys at the beach ... any ideas on how to get Isa to let me take them without her :innocent:

btw ... she was ok with the thought until she went to the Brasilian consulate in houston ... the women there came out from behind the secure area to see the boys ...

does this mean ... I need a plan B? :unsure:

Everybody says the same thing about constipation, we have to drink lots of water, eat lots of fiber and exercise. Well, I already do that. I drink at least 2 L of water, i exercise for 1 hour a day and I eat quite well.

The amount of fiber intake the avergae person eats is 15g. The ideal for a high fiber diet would be 25-30g.

Let me try to calculate how much fiber I ate today:

yogurt, milk, pork loin, protein mix, ice cream - all 0

1 tsp flaxseed - 1

1 banana - 3.5

1 serving all bran crackers - 5g

1 high protein bar - 3

1 granola bar - 1

spinach - 1

okra - 2

broccoli - 2

south beach pizza - 9

total: 27.5

so yeah, if all it took was to follow the rules to have amazing pooping pattern, i'd never ever have a problem. ever!

and ok, i'll quit the pooping talk now. I'm just p!ssed off about it.
