Oh nessa I do the incline crunches and I have a 4 pack abs already. Is 6 necessary? I'll try the tighten the stomach muscles thing while I'm doing my cardio and see if it helps. I do it while I'm laying in the tanning bed :P

it toatally helps. I was like 5 weeks without working out when I hurt my neck, and when I came back I did that, only that, no other abs exercise, and i could feel the ''pain'' later on.

i've been having so much sugar lately. i keep snacking and not eating what i'm supposed to eat. like today, i was going to the gym at night, but i was asked to work. If i knew in advance, i would've gone to the gym in the morning. So i'll be here from 1200-2130, I didn't bring any real food and we have the snack drawer that is not too healthy and lots of chocolate.

What sucks the most is that I don't get too busy with actual work, and when I'm bored, i snack very often.

Like tomorrow i'll leave the house at 830 and will be back at 2000. so i'll cook some chicken and veggies and bring to work. but today i'm screwed. :dead:

ok let's just make sure we emphasize it's ONE of the best feelings not THE best feeling

one! :P

somehow I lost 13lbs in a month! I'm not sure ####### I did but the dr told me that I need to gain some weight because I'm under 140 now. he said at my height and with my muscle mass I should be more like 175-180! he said to eat 2400 calories a day!

if I'm bored I snack too so I just never buy anything that would be bad for snacking. I keep all of neil's ####### food in the garage so I have to walk upstairs, across the yard, and then go into the garage if I want something unhealthy.
