I am flying out tomorrow morning at 11 something. I guess I have to start packing soonish. I just spent half an hour running around my apartment like a headless chicken, looking for my passport. I am so so so excited.

Luckily it's only a 9 1/2 hour flight, piece of cake.

I want the middle of my back to be stronger. My lower back and upper back/shoulders are great as far as definition and strength but the middle of my back is just normal. I can't figure out which exercises work best for it. Also, I can't decide if I should stop lifting weights for my legs because they're getting sooooooooo strong. They were strong before but now they're just becoming insane to me.

my legs are like that too. you can totally seehow shaped and big my quadriceps is. I do leg press with 250 lbs, 180lbs abductor, no way I'd stop my routine and have flacid, bouncy legs. I think well toned, strong legs are real beautiful.

My leg press is 350 and my abductor is the same only because the machine only has weights that go that high. I really think that well toned strong legs are hot too. I'll just keep up the good work

Oh nessa I do the incline crunches and I have a 4 pack abs already. Is 6 necessary? I'll try the tighten the stomach muscles thing while I'm doing my cardio and see if it helps. I do it while I'm laying in the tanning bed
