Hurrah! :D

Here's to an awesome time together!

Ack...I'm seeing really quite cheap flights on lastminute.com. Really tempted to book a plane ticket now...

this week my schedule was totally crazy, so here i am awake early for nothing.

i was told that from Aug 11 on i'd have mornings free, so I called to make this appointment, that they only had availability for a couple of weeks after I called, and it happens that tomorrow, by some cosmic fukced up coincidence I have to work morning also. no way I'll cancel the appointment. i just hate passing on the extra money. but oh well.

Morning.

Grr, that's annoying, Nessa. Alex BOOK THE FLIGHT (oh sorry)!!!

Pedro and Julia: is it 20 more hours or something now?

I dreamed last night that Patrick wasn't here yet and I woke up panicked. Then I felt his feet and all was good in my world again :)

You could ask me. But then I'd have to analyze your question and write you a fabulous paper on it. But it would be 85% BS because that's what English papers are. :)

And now I'm off to work.

Have a great day peeps!

I want the middle of my back to be stronger. My lower back and upper back/shoulders are great as far as definition and strength but the middle of my back is just normal. I can't figure out which exercises work best for it. Also, I can't decide if I should stop lifting weights for my legs because they're getting sooooooooo strong. They were strong before but now they're just becoming insane to me.

Life is a ticket to the greatest show on earth.

How frustrating! :(

Haha, no need to apologise! I might hang on just two more days until I can consult my parents, as they may wish to book at the same time so they can fly over for the wedding. Plus my dad can help me google for even cheaper flights (if there's any to be had!)

Amby - I wouldn't stop lifting weights for your legs, but I probably wouldn't increase the weight, either. Just keep the exercises the same to maintain what definition you have, would that not work?

Also, do you do compound lifts (deadlifts, squats)? Maybe it'd be of benefit to stop concentrating on individual muscles and body parts if you're fairly happy overall, and stick to compound lifts to keep an overall fitness? I imagine that deadlifts and squats have to help the whole of your back (although I'm no doctor :P).
