my sister-in-law's mother-in-law made some for a wedding reception party they had for us after I moved here... mmm sooo yummy

today in guadalajara is the tianguis (fleamarket).. I'd go there and have some pumpkin blossom quesadillas, curd gorditas, or chicharron quesadillas. omG! and of course a big plate of hot spicy birria

the green pozole is just regular pozole with tomatillo or herbs to make it green

Booty, my first day of classes I felt overwelmed when I got home as well. After that I got into the hang of it again and it was super easy. I'm sure it will get less challenging for you as well.

As for laundry, I don't iron. I specifically buy clothes that don't need to be ironed. I hate using a drying rack because I think clothes feel crunchy if you use one

Finally, my arms are sore today. I need to rethink my weight lifting strategy for my arms because the backs of them are so wimpy it's sad.
