this really ticked me off..

I placed another ad on craigslist today and this time I stated how much my rate was because the last time a few people asked.. I put a rate which I thought was fair and what seemed to be the norm... 8 to 10 dollars an hour... 10 dollars an hour is more money then i have ever made being nanny...

I got this response from someone..

Well, you sure hurt for the rest of us who make 15 to 20 a hour and we are

all worth it. Keep in mind these people trust U with there most precious

possession. No Nanny out here would work for that amount.

now from what I have seen in other ads... very few people are asking for 15 to 20 hour (some are even asking for 5 dollars an hour) and very few families are offering that much... yeah of course it would be great to make 20 bucks an hour but I know most families can't afford that...

Marilyn: I wouldn't hire this chick. She said "trust U with there most precious possession." IMO if she can't spell she can't watch my kids.

Kick her azz as Amber said!

I thought the rate I picked was fair... when I used to be a nanny I was making like 5 to 6 bucks an hour...

the average family is not going to be able to afford to pay someone 20 bucks an hour to watch their kids while they work... :no:

I just read on a weather blog and saw forecasting models that put a hurricane right over my house in 2 weeks....Gotta go stock up on Slim Jims and macaroni and cheese.....

my dad lives in Mississippi right on the coast and when they built their new house they had a generator installed that runs from a natural gas line. That way it will work as long as nothing happens to the gas lines. I thought it was a pretty cool idea. I'd never heard of it before since we don't have to deal with stuff like hurricanes here.

what am i supposed to do? wake up and take a sleeping pill? i have insomnia, i harldy ever sleep without sleeping pill. i can stay awake for days if i want.
