When it is made with bread we call it a "Jaffle"

Wiki Jaffle

Vegimite and tasty cheese. :drooling:

breakfast in Mexico is usually not light.. eggs, chorizo (spiced sausage), cheese, pumpkin blossom-flower, requeson(curd), and lots of fruits, orange juice (cheap cheap cheap) and papaya and bananas...

ahh.. huitlacoche is the mold that grows on corn, it rots the kernels, and it becomes that black slimy thing... it tastes delicious, and u fry it and eat it like a quesadilla, or by itself..

I'm on;y with the salsa verde. When ever we take cattle / pigs for slaughter I don't ever think we ask for the offal back.

:o But the offal contains some of the tastiest parts!
