my aunt sometimes makes homemade mac n cheese and adds ground beef to it like hamburger helper but I don't think I've had that since I was little. better to make your own version than eat all that sodium.

oh btw booty the secret to that zucchini lasagna was she used half ground beef & half italian sausage. she then made it like normal just added in a layer of zucchini

Cool, I'm gonna try that. I made chocolate zucchini bread this weekend. It was so good. I have another recipe for plain zucchini bread with sour cream in it. I'm going to try it out. I've already sliced up enough zucchini to fill a gallon bag. I have 7 or 8 zucchini in my sink right now. I checked the plant last night and there are two more almost ready to pick. I have some ground beef in the freezer so I might just make that lasagna this week sometime.

Just couldn't stay my @ss away!

have you ever had chocolate zucchini cake?.. mmm so nice and moist and delicious...

I haven't ever had the cake version just bread. The bread I made this weekend turned out really well. I was really surprised at how moist it was. I even messed up on the recipe but it didn't seem to hurt it any. It'll probably be even better the next time I make it when I do it the right way. Javi was awfully stressed out about the fact that I was making bread with zucchini in it. He said it wasn't going to be any good. I made it then left it cooling on the wire rack while I went shopping. He was gone fishing. He got home before me and called to tell me there would be no bread by the time I got home.

Yummy, beetrot me love. On burgers!! Or as a salad. Or just like that. Just not as a juice - had a liver booster juice at the queen vic markets once and it was super gross. Tasted like someone threw a handful of dirt into the juice mix.

Cake sounds good. Now I am hungry.

Yep beetroot everywhere. Yummy.

You use the beetroot as the main ingrediant, throw a little bit of cocoa at it and everyone will think it is a mega rich chocolate cake.

And health drinks. Wheatgrass always makes me want to hurl.

after working here for almost 3 months I find out that my job position is not admin. assist. , cuz supposedly there is only 1 admin, and all this time I thought me and the front desk girl were both admin.

It turns out I'm a CYMS Tech (Child & Youth Management System Tech)

And I only found out this because we're ordering clothing with the company logo, our name and job position

I've been craving enchilada casserole. Others around me are thankful I have not eaten it.

Oh, also, gone like.. 2-3 weeks without beer! Trying to lose weight 'n all after a year straight of partying after work and on the weekends like it's nineteen ninety nine. Of course, I'll have no choice at the end of next month for the Judas Priest "Metal Masters" concert a huge group of us are going to.

That sounds more impressive than Admin Assistant.

apparently i'm supposed to fill in for the admin, not be one, plus do the financial stuff and everything related to the system

now it makes sense why i have an office and she works all the time at the front desk.
