An immingration lawyer had been taking care of our application. But this time my husband decided we do it ourselves coz of expensensive atty fee. So got couple of questions re Form I-751. On the Part 1, should I put my married name already since I followed my husband's last name, plus I also changed my signature as being married, can I use my new signature then? My lawyer used my single name when she applied for my temp resident card,so the card shows my maiden name there even if I was already married. I was thinking, on the Part 3 Others names used I can put my maiden name also, what do you think?

On the evidence of relationships, did you guys send photos or mails like greeting cards that your family and friends sent you? What about your pictures together? I was gonna make photocopies of some pictures we had and some copies of letters/cards too showing our names addressed as Mr & Mrs. What about that part where it said atleast two people who have known us that they need to swera in fornt of an immigration officer, how is that? Sorry for having so many questions. But I am hoping for your answers.

Yes

Agree

Yes on photos and Yes on greeting cards with both your names on them.

What about that part where it said atleast two people who have known us that they need to swera in fornt of an immigration officer, how is that?
As far as affadavits from people who know you both, that's going to be up to you. Many people send them in, and many people, such as myself, do not. It depends on how confident you are with the other evidence you provide.

Hope that helps.
